This article's title is "Nicolas Cage: Movie star, foreclosure victim". Through the title, I thought that since he is a movie star, he would have a lot of money, and maybe a little bit greedy, too. When I read this article, he had a great amount of debts. Cage borrowed money for his two houses in California and Las Vegas. Now that he doesn't have money, he owes more than 6million dollars. I think that this relates to the theme of the Pearl, because if Cage didn't have greed to buy houses that costs so much, he shouldn't have bought it. Again, i think that one house would have been enough, but maybe he wasn't satisfied with what he had already. Like Kino, Cage might thought that it was for his family, but later, his greed brought him down.
